Return policy

1. Return conditions

    1. 1.1 All returns must be approved and the authorization document must be provided with the returned items.

      No returns will be accepted without authorization .

    2. 1.2 Returned items and quantities must match the return authorization. Any item received without authorization or any excess quantity will be subject to approval. Items that cannot be returned will be redirected to the customer, at their expense.

    3. 1.3 No returns will be accepted for non-standard, special order, engraved or discontinued items.

    4. 1.4 No returns will be authorized for items whose purchase date exceeds 12 months, or according to the expiry date

      from the supplier.

    5. 1.5 Returned items must not be damaged or modified. Items must be in new condition, in their original packaging intact with the manufacturer's documents. No marks or writing must have been made on the parts or the packaging.

    6. 1.6 Unless there is an error by Drillmex or a defect, no return of wafers with opened packaging will be accepted.

2. Validity of the return authorization

    1. 2.1 The return authorization is valid for a period of  10 days . The due date is indicated on the

      authorization document as well as in the accompanying email.

    2. 2.2 Any return received once authorization has expired will be subject to further approval. In the event of a

      refusal by the supplier, the items will be returned to the customer at their expense.

3. Transportation and costs

    1. 3.1 A shipping label is provided with all returns authorizations. In the event of an error

      of the customer, transport costs will be deducted from the credit amount.

    2. 3.2 Return costs are calculated based on the supplier's return costs as well as transport costs to the supplier. The calculation will be made before the return authorization is issued and will be clearly indicated on the authorization document.

    3. 3.3 In some cases , a replacement order may waive the return postage,  upon approval  by the supplier . In this case, the minimum value required will be indicated on the return authorization. The replacement order must be of value equal to or greater than the minimum amount indicated. There may be a return shipping charge even if a replacement order is  made.

    4. 3.4 Where there is a replacement order, credit will only be issued after receiving the order number.

    5. 3.5 A replacement order must be made for products from the same supplier as the items returned, unless otherwise indicated.

    6. 3.6 Restocking fees: minimum fee of $15 up to a maximum of 5% of the value of the return

4. Drillmex Errors and Transportation Issues

    1. 4.1 Drillmex must be notified as soon as possible for any order error, shipping error

      (wrong item shipped or quantity discrepancy) or damage caused during transport.

    2. 4.2 No return costs will be deducted from the credit for an order or shipping error of

      Drillmex.

    3. 4.3 No transport costs will be deducted from the credit for the return of items following an error by Drillmex.

    4. 4.4 For any damage or breakage caused during transport, photos of the packaging, contents as well as

      that damaged items are required and must be provided when requesting a return.

5. Exchanges

    1. 5.1 No exchanges are permitted. To make an "exchange", the wrong items must be returned for credit and the correct items ordered on a new purchase online or from a sales representative.

6. Issuance of customer credit

    1. 6.1 In the event of an error by Drillmex, customer credit is issued upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

    2. 6.2 In the event of a customer error, the customer credit is issued following receipt of the supplier credit.

    3. 6.3 No credit can be used before it is available in the customer account.

    4. 6.4 No credit will be issued until the items have been received by Drillmex.

    5. 6.5 All returns will be inspected before credit is issued. No credit will be issued if the return conditions  are not respected  and the merchandise will be returned to the customer at their expense.

    6. 6.6 Except in the case of an error by Drillmex, no customer credit will be issued before receipt of the credit

supplier.

 

Additional note:

In the event of a refused return, an explanatory document will be provided with the items when returned to the customer.
